Jess is passionate about fitness, detail and goal oriented, and truly enjoys making a difference in her clients’ lives. She listened carefully to my specific goals, constantly talked me through my nutrition challenges, worked to build new, healthier lifestyle habits with me, and stayed consistent, to see me through to success. She’s very focused on holistic health, and her overall training is very practical, smart and thorough. I am now 10 kg lighter, have improved strength and core stability, and I have a totally renewed outlook on long term nutrition and fitness. I highly recommend Jess as a trainer, she is fantastic.
